Our Therapeutic Approach
Our psychologists work in a trauma-informed, collaborative, and non-judgemental manner. Therapy is tailored to each person’s needs, values, and circumstances, with an emphasis on psychological safety and respectful pacing.
We recognise the broader context of parenting, including social, relational, and systemic factors, and work flexibly to support wellbeing during this period.
