Purpose of Court & Legal Reports

Expert witness for courts including Section 14. Psychological reports are prepared to assist courts, legal representatives, and related agencies in understanding psychological functioning, risk, capacity, and treatment needs within a legal context.

Assessment & Engagement

Fees for court and legal reports depend on the nature of the matter, required assessments, documentation review, and report length.

Hourly rate (assessment, preparation, and reporting): $265 per hour
Minimum engagement: $2,500
